Last night the Lady Blue devils traveled to Mount Union for their long-awaited season opener, delayed by more than a month because of COVID-19.

B-A started off strong and never let off the gas securing a 64-35 win over the Lady Trojans.

Sophomore Chelsea McCaulsky was on fire, pumping in a game-high 30 points, which is also tops for her young career. She nailed seven of B-A’s 10 three-pointers.

Junior Jaidyn McCracken joined McCaulsky in double-digits, netting 18.

The girls started off strong out of the gate leading by 13 at the end of the first quarter, and that energy carried over into the second as they went into halftime leading 29-18.

The Lady Devils put the game away with a 22-7 run through the third quarter to go ahead 41-25.

B-A is now 1-0 overall and in the ICC.
