FAB FRESHMAN: Kate Heisler
Kate Heisler is having a fabulous year as a fab freshman.

Kate Heisler is a freshman at Bellwood-Antis. She’s the third Heisler child to come through B-A in the last several years.
Kate is involved in school clubs and activities, like cheer, and she’s a class officer for the ninth grade student body.
While her sister Lauren, a senior, has always been a dancer, Kate has been cheering for 8 years; however, she doesn’t plan to continue after high school.
Kate also has an older brother, Braeden, who attends Penn State.
As part of the high school experience for the first time this year, Kate said she enjoys being able to schedule her own classes and take part in classes she enjoys. On the other hand, the biggest challenge so far through high school for has been starting off school during a pandemic and having to get used to the changes and regulations that we have in school.
