B-A senior Lexi Lovrich dominated the competition yesterday in a dual meet in Bellwood.

The B-A cross country teams split a dual meet yesterday in Bellwood against Mo-Valley and Williamsburg.

The boys team beat Williamsburg boys team 20-35, but lost to Mo-Valley’s boys team 34-21.

B-A’s top five boys runners were Christian Sensibaugh (20:45), Corry Shanafelt (20:45), Daniel Riley (21:50), Carter Rettig (22:18), and Martin Fatzinger (22:19). Sensibaugh was B-A’s highest finisher overall at sixth.

The girls team beat Mo-Valley 21-34, but lost to Williamsburg 33-25.

The top five B-A girls runners were Lexi Lovrich, (21:52), Rory Wolf (26:12), Maddie Larson (28:58), Jaylnn Partner (30:26) and Chloe Stlozfus (31:02). Lovrich was the first place overall winner.

The team will be participating in the Altoona Invitational Saturday morning.
