Lady Devils dominate Mount Union 72-36

Freshman Marissa Cacciotti had 7 points against Mount Union.

Last night the Lady Devils won their home conference game against Mount Union 72-36.  Senior Chelsea McCaulsky led the team with 19 points.

The team was able to go up 27-3 to end the 1st quarter. Also helping the team was sophomore Leigha Clapper who scored 14 points and Lilly Gerwert scored 12 points to help the team get the dominating win.

The girls were able to put up 46 points in the 1st half of the game to lead 46-13 and set the mercy rule into effect for the entire second half.

The Lady Devils are now 9-3 and 5-1 in the conference. The team is currently in 2nd place in the I.C.C. North behind Williamsburg. The team travels to Glendale this Friday to play the Vikings, who are currently 7-3.
