The Bellwood-Antis Baseball team beat West Branch Thursday at home in a 9-8 comeback. 

Down 8-1, the Blue Devils scored a total of 8 runs in the fifth and sixth inning to put them in the lead. 

Senior Nick Kost started out on the mound for the Blue Devils, with junior Vincent Cacciotti replacing later in the game. 

Cacciotti and Zach Pier each had a total of 3 RBIs, and sophomore Matt Berkowitz had 1. Cacciotti, Dorminy and Berkowitz all had two hits apiece, while Kost scored 3 runs.

The Warriors jumped to a 7-0 lead in the third inning before Cacciotti replaced Kost on the mound. He pitched 4 1/3 innings and allowed just one run on 5 hits.

The Blue Devils, now at an overall record of 6-2, will take on Mount Union at home on Tuesday, April 18.
