The wait is finally over. Week 1 of the NFL season is here, and fans everywhere are locking in their fantasy lineups. This is the start of our Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays being completely owned by football.
1. Lamar Jackson. Many people will say this is not the right thing to say, but Lamar is a solid fantasy player he will you solid points and a good game. He starts his season off against the Bills. The bills have a pretty solid defense, but Lamar is an insanely talented and very fun player to watch. This week he’s projected to have 22.87 which is really good. Lamar is surrounded by a ton of talented players especially his RB Derrick Henry. We’ll just have to see how the coaches decide to use this offense.
2. Jonathan Taylor. Some may say that other RBs should be in this spot, and they might not be wrong. However I feel like for this week he’s one of the best if not the best for guaranteed points. As of right now he’s projected to have 15.1 points which is great. To start the year his team will face off against the Miami Dolphins. The Dolphins aren’t a bad team overall however they aren’t all that good, which means Taylor should get some solid points.
3. Emeka Egbuka. Many people will criticize this pick since he’s a rookie, but I wouldn’t count him out just yet. Even as a rookie, he’s projected to get 10.33 points. At first glance, that might not seem good, but I think he’ll excel that since he’s not only a great player but also has a great matchup this week. For anyone that doesn’t know Emeka plays on the Tampa Bay Bucs, and they’ll starts the year off against the Atlanta Falcons. I’m hoping for a great game and season out of this kid.
