Super Senior: Crystal Evans

Crystal Evans is headed to Shippensburg next fall to study Computer Science … and she has ridden a camel.

Crystal Evans is that senior who is who is very friendly but quiet.

She plans to attend Shippensburg University for Computer Science after she graduates Bellwood-Antis. What she will miss the most about BA is being with the same people every day for 13 years of her life.

Mr. Partner is the teacher that has impacted her the most.

“He taught you life lessons and always had a fun class,” said Crystal.

Crystal said her role model is her aunt.

“She has gone through a lot in her life and still has a positive, upbeat attitude,” she said.

Something you may not know about Crystal is that she caught a shark while deep sea fishing. She has also ridden a camel before.

Her favorite movie is The Amazing Spider Man and her favorite class is Physics.

Her favorite food is Steak and Potatoes but her favorite BA lunch is spaghetti.

The clubs/activities she’s involved with are French Club, NHS and volleyball.

She has been playing volleyball for eight years.

When asked what made her want to play, Crystal said, “My sister played when she was in 5th grade so I went to some of her games. I got interested in the sport and thought it would be fun to play.”

The position she plays is outside hitter, but sometimes she plays right side.

Her greatest memory from volleyball is winning the Philipsburg Tournament and beating West Branch sophomore year.
