Marching Band Olive Garden dinner
November 18, 2016
The B-A Marching Band will be hosting an Olive Garden dinner on Tuesday, November 29, at 6PM. The dinner will take place in the Bellwood-Antis Middle School Cafeteria and all proceeds will go to the Marching Band so they can buy new uniforms. Olive Garden will donate and deliver a catered dinner to the Middle School Cafeteria.
The dinner will include salad, a variety of pasta, and bread sticks.
Mr. Sachse said says that it’s crucial that people attend this fundraiser because all proceeds are going towards the uniforms.
“This fundraiser was given to us by Mr. Hayes and he was nice enough to think of us so we can get new Marching Band uniforms,” said Mr. Sachse. “We can hold 200 people in the Middle School Cafeteria and there is only 130 left because they are selling fast, so get yours quick before they sell out!”
The band is selling currently raising money for new uniforms at a cost of $21,000. The band has already raised $8,000. The band’s uniforms are 15 years old and worn beyond repair.
Tickets are on sale for only $8.00 a meal and you can buy them from any Marching Band member or email Mr. Sachse “[email protected]“. There is only room for 200 guests so get your tickets early.
Band Parents will also be holding a Bake Sale for desserts at the event.
This is a cheap Olive Garden meal, and it’s one night you don’t have to cook. Plus, it supports the band at the same time. So why not come out and support the Marching Band? There are only 130 tickets left so get yours fast!
