SUPER SENIOR: Kaitlyn Farber

Leah Farber, Staff Writer

Kaitlyn Farber a senior is what you might call the shy, quiet type that no one seems to notice. But for what she has accomplished she has become this week’s super senior.

She describes herself as shy.

“I would say I’m very shy, but once you get to know me, I’m something else,” said Kaitlyn.

A random fact about her is that she’s a HUGE Star Wars fan and a proud Reylo shipper.

Her favorite class is math, and coincidentally her favorite teacher is Mrs. Frank.

Her favorite book is Turtles All the Way Down by John Green.

She is a active member of Band, Chorus, Aevidum, National Honor Society, Track and Field, Office Assistant, and Girl Scouts.

She has done Concert Band for nine years and Marching Band for six years. She has also done PMEA Districts and Regionals for the past three years, and Susquehanna Honors Band for the last three years.

“I feel very accomplished by making it ever since tenth grade. These festivals help me improve my musical abilities and help me talk to others that I wouldn’t normally talk to,” said Kaitlyn.

Kaitlyn will be attending Saint Francis University in the fall for Accounting.

“Kaitlyn is super cool and smart. She’s a great musician and a reliable friend,” said Julie Bauer, one of Kaitlyn’s good friends.
