ARTIST OF THE WEEK: Cazen Cowfer
Cazen Cowfer has been playing the piano for 11 years.

Besides rocking her sophomore year academically, Cazen Cowfer has also taken the opportunity to express herself artistically in many different ways, and for that, she is our artist of the week!
She absolutely loves to sing because she says it makes her happy, and that she has been singing as long as she can remember.
“I have always sung. I began taking lessons in the second grade. I love to sing Lana Del Ray and French music,” said Cazen.
Even though Cazen has been singing ever since she can remember, that doesn’t mean that she hasn’t had a few artist influences to keep her going.
“Lana Del Ray, Marina and the Diamonds, Lorde, Lauren Mayberry, and Victoria Legrand have all been huge artist influences in my life,” says Cazen.
Besides singing, Kazen also enjoys expressing art at school in other ways. She loves being artistic with how she dresses and she loves her theatrical personality.
Cazen says that artistic expression isn’t just a part of her life, it is her whole life.
“Artistic expression is my life! It’s pretty much the only thing that matters to me. I’m obsessed with finding new music once a week,” expressed Cazen.
