Thirty years ago in October, A Night to Remember happened.
On Friday, October 14, the Homecoming dance was in action, with the theme “Having the Time of Our Life” setting the atmosphere. The Homecoming court was made up of Liza Hazlett, Marcene Schmittle, and Amy Shock.
The Bellwood-Antis and Northern Bedford football team played that Friday night.
Jump ahead 30 years and the latest Bellwood-Antis Homecoming dance is this Saturday and the Homecoming game Bellwood and Northern Bedford will go head to head on Friday, September 28.
That’s where the new Homecoming queen will be crowed. The Homecoming court this year includes Paige Wenner, Riley D’Angelo, Kaylee Kasper, Makayla Pluebell, and Alivia Jacobs.
