COLLEGE CORNER: Claudia Engle
Claudia Engle is planning a career in culinary arts.
This fall Claudia Engle will be leaving Bellwood to pursue her dreams of being a cook.
She will be attending IUP and will be majoring in the culinary arts. The program is about 16 months long, and after she graduates she will be going for an internship. She decided to go here due to it being the closest to home. She isn’t very nervous per say but she is nervous to be away from home.
On the other hand she is very excited to meet her roommates and learn how to cook international cuisine.
Her favorite thing to cook is General Tso’s chicken.

It’s Na’Na’. What happened to pancakes (sometimes in shapes of cartoons) and Corn? I made so many pancakes and cooked so much corn. I thought sometimes you were going to grow up looking like a pancake and corn. I am so Proud of YOU. I Love you SOOO much. Your Mom says you are hers. True. She forgets She is Mine so that makes you Mine too. Love and I wil always be here for You always. I Love You So Much It Makes Me Cry.
