Every year the spanish class celebrates Cinco de Mayo by eating spanish foods and relaxing for a whole period. In the classroom there are also different spanish themes games such as ‘Spanish Monopoly’ and different spanish puzzles.

The different types of food that they have were; tacos, nachos, and the infamous cheesecake maded by Kole Dickinson.

It means the Spanish won a war and gained independence I think.

When asked what Cinco de Mayo means to them, Zach Pier said, “It means the fifth of May.”

The teacher of the class, Señora Smith has been doing this for many years and it is loved by all spanish class members.
