Berky Bunch is preparing for its annual Christmas craft show.

The Berky Bunch Relay for Life team is hosting the annual Christmas Craft Show at Myers Elementary School on Saturday, December 2, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

This event allows a volunteer-led experience that unites communities to celebrate and remember cancer survivors, those who lost loved ones, and raise funds to the lives of people with cancer along with their families as they go through rough times.

“We started the Christmas Craft Show because it was a good fundraiser for our Relay for Life team & it was something different.” says Mrs. Amy Chamberlin, the craft show organizer.

For vendors who plan to reserving a space for the event, which are 8 feet by 8 feet, non-electric spaces are $30.00 and electric spaces are $35.00. Myers will be open Saturday morning for set up between 6:30 a.m. and 8:45 a.m. Each vendor’s space must be set up Saturday morning by 8:45 a.m.  Spaces will be assigned and will be booked on a first come basis. All applications are due no later than Saturday, November 25, 2023. All payments are non-refundable. Tables, table coverings, backdrops, and other display items are not provided and are the crafters responsibility.

All venders must stay until the end of the show and are responsible for cleaning up their area at the conclusion of the event. Vendors are also not permitted to sell items that contain offensive or vulgar language or images.

Along with vendors, the craft show also offers homemade food stands, snacks, treats, and a visit from Santa Claus, himself, for photos.

Any vendors hoping to participate and have any questions can contact Amanda Koozer or Amy Chamberlin by email at [email protected] or [email protected].
