The Bellwood-Antis Homecoming Committee has announced the 2024 Homecoming court nominees.
This year, the Homecoming Court consists of Avah Hassler, Chloe McCloskey, Gianna Juart, Rowan Kyle, and Briley Campbell.
Every year, the Homecoming Court creates a spirit week with each running nominee to create a thrilling upbeat leading to crowning this years potential queen. Spirit Week will run from September 23 through September 28.
This year’s Homecoming Dance will be held on Saturday, September 28th, along with the theme “Better than a crown,” according to Homecoming advisor Mrs. Alison Stinson.
Last years homecoming game was against Bishop-Guilfoyle, but this year the Blue Devils will rally against Philipsburg-Osceola in a brawl. The 2024 homecoming game will be held on Friday, September 27th. At halftime of the game, the Homecoming Committee, through Sideline Cancer, will make a donation to Trisha Beeler and Lacey Hanna, two local women battling against cancer.
“Every year homecoming is revolved around Sideline Cancer,” Stinson stated. Stinson continued to say that by holding a dance at Bellwood-Antis there’s a theme of charity and dedication every year.
The awaited arrival of Homecoming shakes students up, but so does football season. The winner of the title Homecoming Queen will be announced at halftime of the game.
On hand will be last year’s queen Miranda Tornatore.
Good luck ladies! And good luck Blue Devils!
