National Technology Day is celebrated annually on January 6th. This is a simple day where people can appreciate the technology around them, and how it makes everyday things easier or more convenient.

We use technology to keep us organized, connected, healthy, and safe. Technology improves productivity and gives us insight on how the world really works.

Junior Ethan Shawley quoted, “On a scale of 1-10 I like technology like a  because it teaches you lessons that you carry with you on your everyday life”.

Another area where technology thrives in is communications. We use various tools to communicate with people that we may not be able to talk to without it.

Some of these methods may include Telephones, Email, Videos, Texts, Letters, Websites, and other Social Media platforms.

“My favorite form of technology is Snapchat. It’s like our form of messages, and it’s a lot easier to get a hold of someone,” Senior Colin Gibbons stated.
