Girls’ Soccer looks ready for deep playoff run

Riley D’Angelo scored two goals against Penns Valley.

The Tyrone/Bellwood girls’ co-op soccer team won its final game yesterday 4-0 against Penns Valley.

Riley D’Angelo scored two goals and had an assist, and Marissa Panasiti added a goal and 3 assists.

“I am really excited and confident for playoffs. We’ve been playing up to speed with the top teams in our district,” said Marissa Panasiti about the upcoming playoffs.

This wraps up their season with a 13-5 record, and up next for the girls’ is the District 5/6 AA playoffs.
