The Renaissance club took a new approach to the first day of school by creating activities and games for the students.

The Bellwood-Antis Renaissance Club helped high school students begin the school year in unprecedented but spirited fashion.

While Tuesday, August 27 was officially the first day of the 2019-2020 school year, it was not a traditional day. Renaissance advisers Mrs. Allison Stinson and Ms. Carrie Clippard had a day of activities planned for students to help promote a positive learning environment in what was labeled the Back to School Bash.

Students began the day in the auditorium for ice-breaker activities before learning of changes to the handbook from Mr. Schreier. From there, time was split between the auditorium and gymnasium for a unique day of meetings, games, instruction, and sharing.
