Halo Reach is a fun and action packed game where players enter a futuristic world that is in the middle of a war between Spartans and Elites. The graphics and sound effects are realistic, which greatly adds to the game, getting the player more involved. Spartans are the humans, or the good guys, who are fighting Elites, which are ruthless alien creatures. There is a fun-filled campaign in which players can fight by themselves or play with a friend in co-op. In the campaign, you are a Spartan that is part of a team, and you and your team are put in challenging missions in different areas. You and your small team make big efforts to win the war against the tough Elites. Missions include the player driving vehicles, operating massive weapons, getting behind enemy lines, deep into enemy territory, and taking down Elites one at a time.

There is also single player and co-op firefight, where players take on wave after wave of powerful enemies, which becomes harder the further you progress. Enemy aircraft arrives as soon as you start the game, and drops the first waves. The first wave is relatively easy, but the more waves that come, the harder it gets. The enemies become larger and have better weapons, which they fire at you while you struggle to take them down. You do get some assistance, however, when “ordinance weapons” are placed. These weapons are very powerful, and can eliminate multiple enemies at one time.  Firefight is greatly challenging, but it is also fun for people who enjoy these types of games.

Halo Reach also offers an intense online multiplayer experience called “Matchmaking”. Slayer is where eight players are put in an area and fight against each other in teams of four. One team red, one team is blue. Weapons can be found around the map, and can be used against your opponents. Halo Reach also offers other online games, such as Invasion. This is where two teams are assembled and they fight for victory, however, instead of two teams of Spartans, it is a team of Spartans versus a team of Elites. Halo Reach has many things to offer, and is very exciting game that will keep you on the edge of your seat.

I think that Halo Reach is a thrilling game. It is great for anyone who enjoys action and intense missions. Multiplayer has many different games for people to enjoy, and can be fun for you and a friend to play. Not only is the game play really cool, but so are the futuristic weaponry, vehicles, armory, and other ideas that are non-existent in today’s world. I strongly recommend checking this game out, and I hope you and your friends enjoy it as much as the many people who play it.
