Devils Defeat West Branch On The Road

Monday night the boys basketball team traveled to West Branch. The Blue Devils were trailing by one going into half, but the boys found their rhythm and secured a 51-48 victory.
Zach Miller had an outstanding game for the Blue Devils contributing a double-double, with a whopping 20 points, and 17 rebounds.
“It feels great to be able to contribute to a great team win,” said Zach. “We all played really tough and I just tried my hardest to contribute as much as I could”
Zach Mallon also had a stellar game, contributing 14 points to the win. Some other notable scorers were Troy Walker, and Trenton Pellegrino, Troy had 9, and Trenton had 6.
The Blue Devils have now balanced out their record to (1-1), and they look to keep the ball rolling as the season goes underway.
The Boys next test will be today when they host Mount Union.
