Bellwood-Antis is hosting the annual Safe Trick or Treat Night on Tuesday, October 24, which benefits B-A Mini-Thon in memory of Maddie Shura.
The event is sponsored by Renaissance Club, which is advised by Allison Stinson. Everything raised will be donated to Mini-Thon.
This event is a way for children to trick or treat inside a safe environment. Different clubs will be spread out throughout Bellwood’s hallways and classrooms with fun activities, treats, and games.
Doors open at 7:00 p.m. following the Bellwood Community Halloween Parade, starting at Housers at 6:30 p.m. Line up begins at 6:00 p.m. for those who intend to walk in the parade.
As the parade ends, paraders can stop by the #1 Excelsior Fire Hall for Apple Cider & Gingerbread.
Entry for Safe Trick or Treat is $2 per child and $5 per family.
