There’s probably a lot you didn’t know about junior Hayden McClellan.

Junior Hayden Mcclellan is the go to guy for advice, a thinker, a reader, a track runner, and he loves to cook! There is more than just what meets the eye when it comes to Hayden.

Hayden has been selected to be featured in Just Juniors for this month.

Fellow Junior, Taylor Hinkle, said “Hayden is funny, sweet, and a really good friend.  I can go to him for anything and everything. He’s a really cool person.”

BluePrint: What are you looking forward to about your junior year?

Hayden: Prom and track

BluePrint: What do you like about Bellwood-Antis?

Hayden: It’s small, easy to know people.

BluePrint: If you could retake any class at B-A what would it be and why?

Hayden: Ag Mechanics because Mr. Webreck is the funniest teacher ever, and I enjoy the class.

BluePrint: What is the best part of being a BAHS student?

Hayden: The sports for sure

BluePrint: Are you excited for senior year and why?

Hayden: Yes and no. I’m ready to leave but I will miss my friends.

BluePrint: What do you plan to do after high school?

Hayden: I’m honestly not sure yet.

BluePrint: Who is your role model and why?

Hayden: I would have to say my dad. He always encourages me to do my best and to never give up.

BluePrint: Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

Hayden: I see myself being a cook or chef somewhere.

BluePrint: What is something about yourself that no one at BAHS knows?

Hayden: I like to cook and make food.

BluePrint: What is something that happened at BAHS that you will never forget?

Hayden: Meeting my amazing friends.

BluePrint: How long have you been in cross country?

Hayden: 1 year

BluePrint: What got you interested in cross country?

Hayden: It was a friend of mine named Brayton Coover. He told me I would be good at it, and I gave it a shot.

BluePrint: What do you like about cross country?

Hayden: It’s a sport that’s not that stressful. It’s fun and relaxing and my teammates are all so nice.

BluePrint: How long have you been in track and field?

Hayden: 1 year

BluePrint: What do you do in track and field?

Hayden: 3200 meter run, 1600 meter run, 800 meter run, 400 meter run, 100 meter run, and pole-vault.

BluePrint: What do you like about track and field?

Hayden: The competiveness and all the people working hard and pushing each other to do their best.

BluePrint: What other clubs and activities are you in?

Hayden: FFA and Tech Club.

BluePrint: What do you like to do outside of school?

Hayden: Hang out with friends and spend time with family.

BluePrint: What hobbies do you have?

Hayden: I like to cook.
