Bellwood-Antis hosts Tyrone Friday at Memorial Stadium in the region’s top football rivalry – the Backyard Brawl.
It will be the 75th renewal of the series, which dates back to 1934, when Tyrone played what was then Bellwood High.
B-A began the season 3-0 before losing to Central last week (30-12), while the Golden Eagles got their biggest win of the season on Friday in a 35-28 victory over Bald Eagle Area that went into overtime.
Both teams have approached offensive football differently, with Tyrone relying almost exclusively on the pass and the Blue Devils finding ways to continue cranking out the run.
