5:45- wake up

6:00- Shower and get ready for the day

6:20- Eat Breakfast

6:30- walk my dog, Mia

7:00- Leave for work

7:10- Stop for coffee at Sheetz

7:20- Arrive at school

During School-

7:30- 7:40- Bus duty

7:40- 8:05- Get everything ready for the day

8:05- 8:45- 6^th grade PE class

8:52- 9:35- 7^th grade PE class

9:38- 10:21- 8^th grade PE class

10:25- 11:00- Adaptive PE in the HS gym

11:00- 11:30- MS lunch duty in MS cafeteria

11:30- 12:00- Eat my lunch

12:05- 12:45- 5^th grade PE class

12:48- 1:19- 7^th and 8^th grade activity period

(Homework club or Fitness & Games)

1:20- 2:05- Plan period

2:09- 2:53- HS drivers ED class

After School-

3:00- Drive home to walk dogs

3:30- Drive back to school for basketball practice

3:45- 6:00- Jr. High boys’ basketball practice

Evening-

6:30- Eat dinner with my wife, clean-up afterwards

7:00- Spend time with my wife and dogs

8:30- Get everything ready for school the following day

9:00- 9:30- Bed
