There were a lot of really good movies that came out this year but the three best fall into the hero genre.

ENDGAME

One of the best movies that came out this year is Avengers Endgame, which is the end to an eleven year old movie series with 22 movies leading up to it.  A lot of people grew up with the Marvel Cinematic Universe franchise and it all came together in that movie, which made it have a big emotional impact. Even if you didn’t watch the other movies you might of shed a tear for the top grossing movie of all time which made, $2 billion last summer.

JOHN WICK

Another one of the best movies that came out this year is John Wick: Chapter 3- Parabellum. In this movie the assassin company John Wick used to work for started to hunt him down and put a bounty on him because he broke the rules.  If you like action movies you really should watch this movie, it was easily the most action packed movie this year with at most five minutes between a fight scene.

SPIDER-MAN

The last great movie is Spider-Man: Far From Home.  This movie was really good because it showed how Spider-Man coped with his mentor and father figure’s death as he had to deal with passing on his legacy and a very powerful weapon, all while hes on a school field trip to Venice, Italy.  It also had some really good action scenes, which is what you expect from a marvel movie.
