Boys Dominate On Road Against Juniata Valley
Last night the boys basketball team traveled to Juniata Valley to take on the Hornets. The Blue Devils kept a short lead through the first half leading only by 7 going into the half, but they got the ball rolling in the second cruising to an easy 77-44 victory.
Troy Walker had an outstanding performance with a season-high 24 points, 9 of which came off of 3-pointers. Zach Miller balled out yet again contributing 17 points to the victory for the Blue Devils.
“We have a long stretch of big games, more on the road, and we need to find a way to play with toughness and pull out some key wins going forward,” said Troy
Zach Mallon was the third leading scorer with 9, and Trenton Pellegrino was right behind him with 8.
The Blue Devils next game will be on Monday when they travel to Central to take on the dragons.
