Boys fall in first round
Boys Suffer Tough Loss To End The Season
Last Friday the boys basketball team traveled to Westmont Hilltop to play their first round game of the District 6 3A playoffs.
The boys kept it close through the first quarter, only trailing by 2, but Westmont put together a strong performance in the second quarter to boost them to a 20 point lead going into the half.
The Blue Devils couldn’t get it going in the second half and unfortunately fell to a 62-33 loss.
Troy Walker had a team-high 15 points, followed by Zach Mallon who had 10.
The boys finished their season with a record of (11-12).
