The girls volleyball team went 1-1 this week losing to Bald Eagle and sweeping Bishop Guilfoyle.

Monday night the girls took on Bald Eagle at home losing 3-1 with scores of 17-25, 26-24, 25-16, 25-18.

Senior Miranda Tornatore and Junior Addy Turek led the team with Tornatore having 11 service points and Turek adding 13 kills.

Tuesday the girls traveled to Bishop Guilfoyle and swept them going; 25-9, 25-15, 25-12.

Junior Avah Hassler was a huge contributor earning 21 service points along with Corrado and Patton adding 8 a piece.

The girls have improved their record to 8-5.
