Bellwood-Antis hosted Tyrone in the Backyard Brawl volleyball game last night. Bellwood lost three straight sets in an unexpected sweep.
Tyrone improves to a record of 10-5 and Bellwood falls to a record of 9-7. Bellwood is still in position to qualify for playoffs. They are ranked 11th in 2A and the top 14 teams qualify.
Bellwood will take on Juniata Valley next Monday for the Blue Devils Senior Night. Juniata Valley will come into the game with a record of 8-8.
