Today is National gingerbread House day

Making Gingerbread houses is one of the best Christmas traditions. It’s always fun to decorate houses with your family or friends.

Today is National Gingerbread House Day.

National Gingerbread House Day recognizes a family tradition for many around the country.

Sometimes building them might be difficult, but the end results are amazing.

The best thing is you can design it however you want with M&M, marshmallow, sprinkles, candy canes, and peppermint swirl candies.

If you want to know how to make one, here are some steps:

  1. Prepare the Patterns. When making a gingerbread house, the most important step is building a strong, sturdy base—and the best way to do that is with a balanced structure.
  2.  Make the Dough
  3. Cut Out Shapes
  4.  Make the Icing
  5.  Assemble the Base
  6. Attach the Roof
  7.  Decorate your house

If you need something to do this Christmas, get together with friends or family and make some nicely made gingerbread houses.
