Nick Perry and Justin Gunsallus were among the many Bellwood-Antis students to donate blood at last spring’s blood mobile.

On Wednesday, October 29, 2014, the American Red Cross will be sponsoring their fall blood drive at the Bellwood-Antis Middle School Gym.

If any students have questions about giving blood, please refer to Mrs. Bartlett and she will see that they get the information they need. You must be 17 years of age or 16 years of age with parental permission.

“I think it’s beneficial for the students to have this opportunity to help the community and start a lifelong commitment of saving lives with their donation,” said Mrs. Bartlett.

Ms. Kristy Repogle, the American Red Cross representative, also would like to encourage the faculty to donate if it can fit their schedule for that day.

Announcements will be made each morning in the high school regarding the event. Students are encouraged to sign up and have until October 29 to do so.
