School can serve as a nuisance to some, but Gianna Juart doesn’t let that affect her. Gianna (Gigi) Juart is a shining light on school grounds brightening the gloomy negativity.
Gigi is a B-A senior and has continuously fulfilled the remaining months of her high-school academics. She is involved in theater, cheer, chorus, and track and field.
Within the first couple weeks of senior year, Gigi was nominated and crowned the 2024 homecoming queen.
“I felt honored to know people trusted me to be homecoming queen and I’m very excited about it,” said Gigi in a previous published story.
Aside from the gold prize she is highly passionate about musical theater, in fact enough to pursue the lead cast in the 2025 school musical- Shrek.
Gigi is a statement in chorus with her ability to reach high pitches with her voice in various ranges.
She also plays a talent to make her musical abilities parallel; piano. Gigi partakes in piano lessons outside of school.
Along with her instrumental “forte” she also fulfills her time outside of school in youth group that also gathers her with many of her many favorite people.
Coming back to academics she says that Spanish is safe to say her favorite class.
Upon graduation, Gigi is taking a step forward to Penn State Altoona to pursue history education. In order to reach that goal, she hopes to graduate on high honor roll and “make lasting memories for the rest of senior year,” she says.
Preparation is a staple for graduation and she is recognizing that by applying to scholarships and completing her application for Penn State.
