Julien Beaver is a senior at Bellwood-Antis who possesses a passion for music, more specifically for the creation and performance of music. 

Beaver is part of a band called Running With Ruby. 

Beaver said his passion for music was sparked when he “got into Pop-Punk music and saw a Blink-182 concert live.”

Beaver’s band draws inspiration from Blink-182, as well Green Day, All Time Low, and Fall Out Boy. They hope to create a similar Pop-Punk style of music in the future. 

When asked his favorite part of producing music with the band, Beaver responded, “The ability to cooperate with Anthony Berardi in making music that we will remember forever.”

Fellow Bellwood-Antis senior Anthony Berardi is the drummer for Running With Ruby. Berardi and Beaver work closely together in writing songs and preparing for performances.  

“Julien has been working very hard and I’m very proud of him,” Berardi says. 

Beaver plans to continue practicing and improving both his own skills and the band’s, while working on producing original music.
