Being a young women, I look up to so many women, mostly actresses. These are the women that I look up to the most. I hope you see the reasoning why these women deserve to be where they are.

Kate McKinnon
Kate McKinnon is my biggest idol. She is one of the most famous actresses in the movie/TV business. Not only is she one of the lead writers on SNL, but she also is a lesbian. Being a lesbian myself, it is awesome to see a female that is so famous and who has accomplishes a lot, and who is also open about her sexuality. She is also hilarious, so much I cry when I watch her. I’m sure you would too.

Melissa McCarthy
Melissa is defiantly no stranger to fame. She is an amazing actress, and she isn’t the typical Hollywood “be skinny to be famous” and I love that. Melissa seems to not want to fit into Hollywood standards, and that is what makes her one of my biggest idols. She had been an idol in my eyes since I first watched her show Mike and Molly. She isn’t just an inspiration to me, but young women everywhere. I hope that she continues to be an inspiration.

Drew Barrymore
Drew has always been one of my biggest inspirations. I loved watching Charlie’s Angels when I was younger. She is just an amazing actress, but an amazing person because of the charities she supports, such as Baby2Baby, which provides low-income children, ages 0-12 years, with diapers, clothing and all the basic necessities that every child deserves. . She is also in the LGBTQ community, when I found that out, I grew to love her more. I hope she keeps up the work.
