Tia Aurandt and Asia Beeler were among many Bellwood-Antis students who worked at the craft fair last year.

Last Saturday, Relay for Life had its annual craft show held at the Elementary School from 9-4. The Berky Bunch Relay for Life team was in charge of this event and has been doing this for 2 years as a team fundraiser.

Eighty-Eight craft vendors were there with booths and tables for the hundreds of people who attended to look around and shop.

There was plenty of fun for the kids too. They had the chance to get their picture taken with Santa in the LGI room, which was set up as Santa’s Workshop, make sand art, and even get their face painted. They also had the opportunity to make cards, shop for a gift for their parents, and get it wrapped.

High school students at Bellwood-Antis had the opportunity to get community service hours by helping with this event. They helped the kids make cards, shop, and gift wrap.  Others, like Tia Aurandt and Asia Beeler, had their own booths.

Organizer Amy Chamberlain said, “The craft show went great and was well attended.”

The Berky Bunch, raised over $2,000.
