BluePrint: What college were you accepted into?

Burch: Penn State University.

BluePrint: How many colleges did you apply to?

Burch: I only applied to the main campus at Penn State.

BluePrint: What made you apply to this specific college?

Burch: I’ve always loved Penn State and they offer some of the best academic courses in the world.

BluePrint: What are you planning on majoring in?

Burch: I plan to major in Petroleum Engineering.

BluePrint: What made you choose this specific major?

Burch: Energy runs the world, and this offers me a chance to impact people across the globe and make oil-based energy more efficient.

BluePrint: What do you think will be some of the major differences between college and high school?

Everyone here, staff included, supports one another. I’m blessed to be part of such a great school with great people.

Burch: I think my classes will be a lot tougher and I will have to work a lot harder. High school is a lot more personalized for the student, whereas college is more assimilated.

BluePrint: What are your feelings on moving on from Bellwood-Antis High School?

Burch: I’ll miss the people here, but I’m excited to move on. Everyone here, staff included, supports one another. I’m blessed to be part of such a great school with great people.
