SUPER SENIORS: Alexis Orona
Alexis Orona will miss the special atmosphere she experienced at Bellwood-Antis.
Alexis Orona is well known at Bellwood-Antis for cheering, and for her beautiful singing voice.
Alexis has high hopes for her future after high school.
“I want to go to school for psychology in hopes of becoming a family psychologist as part of a company and then later have a private practice,” said Alexis.
Alexis said she’s going to miss the Bellwood community the most when she leaves.
“I’m definitely going to miss being surrounded by this community and all the people,” said Alexis. “Bellwood-Antis as a community and as a school made me feel like I was actually a part of something, and that is an amazing feeling that I will miss. There’s always so much love.”
Alexis said that her biggest role model is her big sister.
“My sister Morgan is my biggest role model because she has always been there for me,” she said. “She has taught me so many things in life. She has taught me how to push through the rough patches in life and to keep pushing forward and stringing for what you set your heart to do.”
When not attending B-A, Alexis leads a pretty typical teenage life.
“Outside of school, I love spending time with my family and best friends. I also love cheerleading and binge watching Netflix,” said Alexis.
