Thursday night, the Lady Blue Devil Volleyball team hosted Westmont Hilltop and won 3-1.
Westmont Hilltop came into the game with a 3-0 record, but found their match last night. This win improves Bellwood’s record to 3-1.
Bellwood looked dominant against a tough opponent winning their three sets 25-17, 25-21, 25-21. Senior Jessie Corrado led the team with 25 digs and also added 9 assists. Juniors Addy Turek, and Ava Patton played big roles in the win. Ava Patton had 21 digs to go along with 12 service points and Addy Turek had 12 kills.
The Lady Blue Devils will look to keep it going when they take on the Glendale Vikings at home on Monday.
